• Designed and developed prints for various components, both structure and interior

• Designed and supplied manufacturing tools including assembly aids, ergo tools, safety items and jigs to GM sites
• Commissioned/ safely launched equipment and processes at manufacturing sites
• Utilized scientific molding methods to achieve PPAP (Part quality approval process) for injection molded parts
